- OUR SUPPLIER CONDITIONS SUPERSEDE ANY BUYER’S CONDITIONS. If you place an order means that you accept our conditions and give up yours without exceptions.
- Due to Covid-19 virus there are fewer airplanes flying International routes. Thus, there is a HUGE delay (more than 1 month depending on the country) on International orders shipped by USPS.
Currently there are no delays on International orders shipped by FedEx, UPS or DHL. We can ship freight collect on your courier acount and you can select collect freight when placing your order to enter your courier information.
- We do not accept returns for our products. All orders are non cancelable-non returnable (NCNR).
- We don't accept any buyer's conditions. By buying from us you agree with our terms of purchase which superseeds, on its entirity, any purchase terms you may have.
- READ THE EXPORT RESTRICTIONS OF OUR PRODUCTS TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES, PERSONS AND OR ENTITIES. The US Department of Commerce has a list of export restrictions that can be seen by clicking HERE. Check it before placing your order.
- DHL shipments must be picked up by DHL.
- OUR COMPANY IS CEASING ITS OPERATION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO WARRANTY OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND IS OFFERED OR IMPLIED.
- SHIPMENTS TO THE UK now need VAT number due to new BREXIT regulations. Please provide it to us when you place your order.
- We do not supply any certificate, certification or declaration including, but not limited to: POPs, TSCA, Proposition 65, ISO, RoHS, CE, COC, COO certificates or CMRT declaration. reports for products sold on our website.
- Orders are shipped without any paperwork (including packing list). The invoice is sent by email when the order is placed.

- Purchases can be made, on our website, from anywhere in the world. Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the customer's IP location..
- We do not ship product's documentation along with the product. The only product specification available is the one shown on its webpage.
- No tech support or any kind of assistance is offered for the products we sell.
- We don't offer any help with schematics, electronic diagrams or development of the solution.
- Product specs can change without notice.

- International Customers - Tracking numbers for International orders shipped by USPS must be followed closely as normally your shipment will be stopped at Customs for payment of Duties and Taxes. You can also track the package on your local Postal service website. When you see that you package is at Customs, call them or your local postal service, give them the tracking number and ask how to pay for the duties and taxes. Customs, or postal service, at your country may not always notify you that the package is held at Customs. So you need to keep a close eye on the tracking to see when it will happen and act accordingly.
In case of returned packages, customer is responsible to paying the cost of shipping to resend the package.
- We can ship freight collect on your UPS, FedEx account. For that, just select "Freight Collect" when selecting your shipping method when placing your order.
- To certain countries, we can only ship orders by freight collect on your UPS or FedEx account. Please contact us prior of placing your order. Otheriwise your order may be canceled.
- Orders placed before Noon E.S.T. are normally shipped in 3 to 4 business days. For any other arrangement please contact us before Noon E.S.T.
- Shipments to India can only be sent by freight collect on Customer's FedEx or UPS account. We will not ship orders to India by postal service.
- We don't offer help with schematics, electronic diagrams and\or development of the solution.
- Warranty: - Our PZT Ceramic products do not have any type of warranty.
- The dimension variation range of our product is 2~3% depending on the product.
Supplier warrants that the Work shall reasonably conform to specifications in all material respects. Buyers should test and approve samples prior of placing orders. If a sample has been provided, once Buyer approves a sample, Buyer will be liable for all fees associated with the order, as specified in the Order. Supplier will not provide refunds for any Work conforming to specifications in all material respects. Other than the warranties set forth in this section, Supplier makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied or otherwise whatsoever, that the services performed or any items produced will be merchantable or fit for any particular purpose or use. In the event of any breach of any warranty specified in this provision, Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be that Supplier shall, at its option, replace any defective goods at no cost to Buyer.
- Governing Law. The Order and this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to conflicts of law principles. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Order or these this Agreement shall be commenced in a federal court in Florida or in state court in the Polk County, Florida, and the appellate courts thereof, and each party hereto irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding. With respect to any litigation arising out of the Order or this Agreement, the parties expressly waive any right they may have to a jury trial and agree that any such litigation shall be tried by a judge without a jury and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, from the other party.
- Buyer Material and data: (a) Buyer represents and warrants that any matter it furnishes for performance of services by Supplier (i) does not infringe any copyright or trademark or other Intellectual Property Rights of any third party; (ii) is not libelous or obscene; (iii) does not invade any persons right to privacy; and (iv) does not otherwise violate any laws or infringe the rights of any third party. (b) Buyer warrants that it has the right to use and to have Supplier use on behalf of Buyer any data provided to Supplier or its Affiliates by Buyer including specifically customer names, identifying information, addresses and other contact information and related personal information (“Data”). Buyer further warrants that it will designate on the applicable Order if Data provided pursuant to that Order is subject to HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley or other statutes providing enhanced data protection or requiring enhanced data security procedures.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- The electric and electronic devices sold on our website do not have UL, CE or any other certification.
- Indemnification: The indemnifying party, as Indemnitor, shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the indemnified party, as Indemnitee, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and other affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any third-party claim based on Indemnitor’s (or its agent’s) breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement, or obligation under the Order or this Agreement , or Indemnitor’s (or its agent’s) grossly negligent and/or willful acts in carrying out its obligations under the Order or the Agreement, provided that in no event shall Supplier be responsible for any claims arising out of its compliance with instructions, requirements, or specifications provided by or required by Buyer (including the use of information provided by Buyer). Neither party will be responsible for indemnifying another party hereto where the basis of the indemnity claim arises out of such other party’s own negligence or willful misconduct. In order to avail itself of this indemnity provision, Indemnitee shall promptly provide notice to Indemnitor of any such claim, tender the defense of the claim to Indemnitor, and cooperate with Indemnitor in the defense of the claim. Indemnitor shall not be liable for any cost, expense, or compromise incurred or made by Indemnitee in any legal action without the Indemnitor’s prior written consent.
