• We answer all emails from Monday-Friday 9:00AM=>5:00PM EST. If you don't receive an answer from us it means we didn't receive your email or you are not receiving ours. In this case, please call us at 3zero5-593-5353 during business hours. If you have an email account with SpamBlock like Earthlink, AOL and others, please be careful because you may not be able to receive our messages without allowing it first. Please also check your junk-mail folder because sometimes the providers have filters that send some messages there.
  Please bear in mind that we are a business and are only open during the week.

Payment Policy: 

• USA Buyers:
  If paying by credit card we will ONLY ship to an address that your credit card company has on file. That is known as BILLING or ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS (If you wish to get it shipped to an address different than your billing, you MUST call your credit card company and have them put it on file as an alternate shipping address. Please also inform us of that as well. This is for yours and our protection. Or, you can send us a money order, Cashiers Check, Wire transfer or Western Union transfer.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 
• PayPal payments from US must have CONFIRMED address. Items are to be shipped to the confirmed address on the PayPal account only. If you do not have a confirmed address please send us a Money Order, Cashiers Check or Wire transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  
• International Buyers:
  International buyers have Unconfirmed Paypal addresses and therefore "Seller Protection Program" does not apply and we cannot accept Paypal. If your order is less than U$500.00, please ask us for alternative methods of payment and if it is over U$500.00 please send us a wire transfer to our bank account. On both cases please ask us for additional information.

SHIPPING

• Items are shipped Monday-Friday and on the same day if paid before 2:00PM EST.
• If you have a FEDEX or UPS account we can ship freight collect on your account.
• All items are shipped with tracking number and the number is automatically emailed to you when item is shipped.
  If you have an email account with SpamBlock like Earthlink and others, please be careful because you may not be able to receive it without allowing it first.
• Items usually reach our customers on 2 days and no longer than 4 days. If you don't receive your items by then, please contact us. If shipped by UPS it takes between 6 to 10 days. During Holidays this transit time can be longer.
• All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation or tracking number and an auto/tracking number message is issued by PayPal when your item is shipped.
• We cannot be responsible for items shipped without insurance. If you do not purchase insurance, and your item is lost, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE!! This means that you WON'T get a refund or replacement! This usually isn't a problem, but insurance protects both buyer and seller!
• We will not undervalue item cost on customs forms. That is FRAUD. Please Don't ask. International orders may have additional charges for taxes and Customs duties at the destination country and they are the responsibility of the buyer. Check it with your local Customs office prior to bidding.
• We will not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
• No pickups or will calls.
• We do ship international. Please contact us for S&H charges.
• Items are to be shipped to the confirmed address on the PayPal account only. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Or, you can send us a Money Order or Cashiers Check.
• If you track a shipment on the USPS web site it will show the following:
  The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on [TODAY's DATE] to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.
  The reason for that is because the packages are dropped at the Post Office Collection Boxes inside of a USPS branch and the Postal workers do not scan packages. The status on your shipment will only change when the shipment is delivered or an exception occurs.
  If you don't agree with that or want other forms of tracking or shipment, we can ship FEDEX and UPS and in this case please ask for a quote or if you have an account with them we can ship freight collect.

We have adopted a feedback policy that seems to work for us and our customers. On a regular basis, we go through our feedback file and submit feedback for those who have filed feedback on us. This policy ensures that everyone gets proper recognition and makes the process a bit smoother for both parties. REGARDING PRODUCTS AND LIABILITIES

• Our Laser Diodes and Modules are designed solely as an OEM component for incorporation into the customer's end products. Therefore, this laser does not comply with the appropriate requirements of FDA 21CFR, section 1040.10 and 1040.11 for complete laser products.
• Due to several NDAs (Non Disclosure Agreement) we have signed with different companies, it is difficult to us to provide guidance without giving away some confidential information from our Customer's research. So, we try to keep the information we provide strictly related to the materials and products we manufacture and not the solutions made with them. This policy includes electronic drivers, schematics for circuitry and etc.
