Ultrasonic generator for Bolt Clamped Langevin Transducers with frequency from 80 to 132KHz +/-3khz. Frequency is simply adjusted.
This ultrasonic generator uses new application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) which results on a very concise line with high reliability.
Generator is shipped with frequency set to 80KHz. If using a different frequency it must be adjusted prior of using the generator.

Connect the supplied 15V AC transformer to the plug shown on the drawing below. Generator cannot be turned ON without the 15V AC transformer connected to it.
Connect the generator to 110V AC using connectors L and N. Turn it ON without the transducers connected to it.
Use a frequency meter and connect its probes, minding the polarity (+/-), to the 12V DC contacts shown on the lower right corner of the drawing. Using its mini screws, tune the two blue pods until you have set the desired frequency. Now the generator should be turned OFF so the transducer can be connected to it.
For each different transducer frequency this process should be repeated so the generator’s frequency matches the transducer’s frequency.

CONNECTING THE TRANSDUCERS:
The Positive electrode on the transducer is the one between the two piezo ceramic rings. All transducers should be connected in parallel using the correct polarity. Positive and Negative wires coming from the transducer will connect to the Positive and Negative output connectors on the generator shown at the top left on the above drawing.
1-- This generator set includes a LED DISPLAY PANEL that allows to have the power manually adjusted. It will also add a timer function to set a running time after which the generator will turn OFF.
The LED display panel has two buttons for adjusting the power and two others for adjusting running time. It also has an ON/OFF button. Each of the 10 LED bars represents 10% of the total generator power.

=> GENERATOR MUST HAVE A COOLING FAN BLOWING AIR ON ITS HEAT SINKS AND ELECTRONICS. We suggest two fans for protection redundancy.
